26 September 2002 To whom it may concern Dear Sirs, REF: W.SARGENT,PLASTERE/PARGETER William Sargent has been competitively awarded a contract to carry out external lime plaster repairs to a listed, timber framed, public building by Thurrock Council.
The work was carried out in a professional and dilligent manner. Adherence to Health and Safety requirements was maintained at all times and public safety was strictly observed. Commendations have been received from the users of the property complimenting Mr Sargent of the way in which the work was effected and for the diligent and fastidious manner in which the site was kept clean.
The work was undertaken within the contract period and the contractor submitted no additional claims. I would have no hesitation in employing Mr. Sargent in the future.
